This is Tolvain Grimlock, a dragon hatchling of the Cat's Eye breed. In the game Palladium Rifts this was how the party first encountered him, transforming into a dragon before making the vehicle explode from his sudden growth spurt. Good thing he had a sense of doing this, other wise Ikkit would have threw a fit.
