It took the strength of three turtles, one Salamandrian, and a Donatello original. But they finally did it, they pushed a now 600 lb Raphael through the doorway he got stuck in. Leo, Mikey, Donnie, and the now morbidly obese Raph all collapsed on top one another after successfully freeing Raph. Thank goodness Raph wasn't on top of anyone.

Raph was finally free, free from his force feeding nightmare. He knew his sacrifice to save Mikey during patrol would be worth it. It just took them a year to find him. Ok, it wasn't that long a period of time, but to Raph, that's what it felt like. Especially when looking over his morbidly obese frame.

Gone were the muscles, the deltoid, the biceps he crafted so meticulously and worked so hard for. Any abs he had were now gone under this sagging apron of fat that was his gut. The glutes of Raphael ballooned into an oversized rear-end to give Raph the fattest ass any turtle had ever seen. The tubby turtle's thighs were chunky and sagging towards the ground as the lost their proper shape. At least Raph's arms stayed relatively small, but found difficulty in moving them. Donnie summed it up to having Raph's arms in restraints for months while he was being force-fed by mutant foxes and wolves. But while his arms may have been small, the same couldn't be said about Raph's moobs. Two lard filled breasts of adipose now attached to Raph. After months of tube feeding, gravy feeding, basically feeding Raphael anything fattening, Raph was gonna go on strict diets and strict workout regimens to shed all these pounds.

Raph tried to pick himself up, but was too fat to do so. After assistance from Leo and Mona, he suddenly became aware of his double chin when Mona dug her fingers into the pocket of fatty turtle blubber. His double chin must've been huge because Mona was biting her lip, Raph knew Mona was a chubby chaser, same went for all Salamandrians, but no. This weight was coming off him as soon as he got home. At least until Donnie said something to make Raph shout in scared anger.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN THIS IS PERMANENT?!"
