Eeyup! Been there, done that.
Was in the ER with a ruptured appendix, and my hourglass was running out. But three bays over, I heard some poor soul crash out, and everyone started running. A nurse came rushing in to tell me that they hadn't forgotten me, and I said, "He's dying now, I'll die later."
