This modified version of the Ivy cudgel specialized for water, the kelp cudgel can still dish out some devastating poofy hits. With the whole weapon being made out of pamp material, anyone hit by the weapon gets turned into a beeg plump swim diaper for the user to wear. Using its pamp properties, the cudgel can soak up water to increase its size and range, and is also able to release the water as wave projectiles when slamming the weapon on the ground. Lastly the cudgel is able to fire the pamp spikes as water propelled projectiles that explode into a tangle of thick mushy pamp kelp that can slow down opponents.
