this is something i copied from an Omni Magazine. but i did it in Oil pastels in a technique called Pointillism where one makes shades by stippling in differing colours. there is no blending of the image until it enters you eye. it was from the Impressionist movement. this is still the best piece of it i have ever done. i was really proud of this piece and very upset when it got destroyed by mold in an old apartment.
