VERY nice illustration of one of my favorite legendaries. They definitely look quite slippery, as they should be, living in the ocean. The tiny water droplets from the splash is also a very nice unsung touch that I appreciate. Solidly done, man, and very much an improvement from your last one. And man, that sunset. That background really does capture that Pokémon anime vibe. Beautiful! Imagine the smell, though - anyone ever wonder how bad a Lugia probably smells, being a giant ocean dwelling creature? Then again, who cares, Lugia is too badass for that to matter.
