Xan has gone a long way since I originally concepted him, and for better or worse I've really enjoyed the changes, making him look more godly and forboding as the aspect of chaos in this world. It should be noted Xanithar doesnt have a physical body, it is how he choses to manifest himself and how he views himself. He is the manifestation of chaos in all mortal hearts, and relishes being a force of destruction and change. To him the battle between his fellow seers is akin to a chess game, each attempting to one-up each other.

This ethereal aspect of xanithar manifests the moment of which he rips out his heart (cause he wanted to stop feeling bad about ruining the lives of all these people), and it falls from the heavens and finds its way onto the mortal plane. For centuries it will play in key moments which will manifest change as an artifact of great power. Finally culminating in being used in Vuul's sacrifice to end the murkmite menace. Sealed away, and corrupted with magic form the void it will manifest and change, becoming Vuul's anchor to the mortal plane once he is fully corrupted.
