This is my first time making Scootaloo in Blender. So I put her in a diaper. I hope you guys like it. I will add bones so I can pose her for later pictures. I hope you guys like the diaper textures too. I dont know if the textures are bad on the diaper. But I think it looks ok. I never put the diaper on a pony before.

It takes about 3 hours to make a model. And as for creating bones. Its not too hard making basic bones to make legs and tail and body move. But when trying to make a bone to move the head the body deforms. I learned I need to learn how to do paint weights where I paint the areas that the bone is suppose to control. That way when I move her head the hair will move with it instead of her going bald and glitching out. So it is kinda difficult. The making of the bones is pretty easy but to try and align them perfectly is difficult.
