Reasons this took so effing long to finish--The background paintings were pretty damn complex, almost every scene had multiple characters, I was dealing with a chronic health problem, I was still working a regular job during the week, I mostly could only work on art during holidays and the weekends because I was too wiped out during the week due to said job and health problem.
All that being said, on to the next project, the enamel pin Kickstarter! Which will NOT take as long because the artwork is relatively simple.
