This is a character for a Gorge world game im in.
Samuel kingston started out as a heroic dick head who was flirty and full of him self. but after a battle gone wrong and almost dying he wakes up having lost some of his beauty with scars over his body and lost a power he had to inflate others by simply speaking to them and telling they are fat. but now he has trouble even believing him self anymore but he didnt want to give up and was blessed with a new power
That is what we called Swell saliva. or more of a venom that his mouth is making. he can bite him self to make him self balloon up or bite others. or he can coat his sword with his venom to stab others to make them swell with each poke
