After the events of "Inspiration Manifestation" Spike would have risked everyone to help his best "friend" Rarity by giving her a book of ancient dark magic which would enhance her magic, unfortunately things had become complicated when an obsession had manifested on the part of the unicorn to make everything perfect and luxurious, so little Spike in a desperate attempt to try to save his friend ended up devouring the book, despite this the obsession would not have dissipated at all from his friend, so Spike had to become firm and sincere with the person he wanted to help at first, helping her regain her composure in the face of such a kind action, the story would end with the little dragon learning the value of honesty, a happy ending.
But not in this little story, few knew that dark magic would not disappear so easily, much less in the flames of a small dragon
