Celebi as Wriggle Nightbug

I felt like drawing something silly AND practicing a bit. This is coloured a bit differently than I usually do. I'm pleased with it.

Despite it not being the bug type, I've heard many opinions it looks like one. Wings and antennae kinda support the bug look.
