Turn over the pudding cup, sweep with a knife, and lift!
The upside down pizza comes together in a handy doughy delicious bowl.
Then a quick visit from Mr. Butane Torch browns the cheese and it is good to go.
Man these came out good. I will probably make a journal with the instructions and recipe if people care.
Basic idea is there is provolone, mozerella, ricotta, pepperoni, and tomatoe sauce in there.
I did one with mushrooms and another with green peppers. It's pretty easy to customize. :D
Also I am declaring
iamrondo the winner of the 'contest' because they said 'pizza' first. :D
Basic Recipe:
Hardware
6 to 8 Ounce Bakepoof Cups
I use these: http://www.amazon.com/Pyrex-Bakewar.....86&sr=8-13
A pan to place the cups on
Software
Sliced Provolone
Mozzarella Chunk
Toppings (Pepperoni, Mushrooms, Pepper Strips, Sausage bits, so on)
Ricotta
Tomato Sauce
Pizza Dough
Method
Grease or PAM the inside and outside of the bake-proof cup.
Place a layer of Provolone on the bottom of the cup.
Place a disc of Mozzarella cut from the chunk next.
A layer of Toppings.
A spoonful of Ricotta.
An optional layer of Toppings(same or different from the first dependent on taste.)
Sauce atop the toppings.
Form a disc of dough about an inch wider on each side than the top of the cup, drop it atop the cup.
Give the dough a few minutes to settle, the dough should be stretched about halfway down the sides of the cup, hanging free. Do not press it into the edge or sides of the cup.
Arrange the cups on the pan equally. A piece of tin foil will help catch anything that drips onto the pan. c:
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 or so minutes. They are done when the dough is properly browned. The other ingredients will be heated through by that point.
Rest 7 minutes. (This will suck!)
Flip the cup onto a plate and sweep the outer edge with a knife, use the knife to pry off the cup if necessary.
OPTIONAL: A Butane Lighter or Torch will brown the cheese. I did it but it doesn't add much flavor, just look.
NOT THAT THIS NEEDS ANY MORE FLAVOR.
