The mushers made the run in about seven days but I want to dedicate around a day each for them. The siblings is said to have used the same team of dogs so they get to share the day. But up until Feb 2nd each team get some love.

Nenana to Minto to Tolovana

Team of 9 huskies. Around 11:00 pm January 27, 1925, Shannon received the serum and written instructions from the conductor. Temperatures ranged from −40 to −62 °F (−40 to −52 °C). At 3:00 am, Shannon arrived in Campbell's Roadhouse in Minto, rested for four hours before setting off again, this time with only 6 dogs as three of his dogs, Cub, Jack and Jet, had been injured from the cold.
