Commissioned by complicaldont/brosko for his character in the upcoming one-shot I mentioned previously (it got delayed a week).
Again like the last one, I referenced from both Dungeons and Dragons' blue dragons and World of Warcraft's dracthyr race. I also tried to give him some shared physical features with his half-brother. [2025/01/16]
