So considering how much weight I'm losing it's important that I do two things. Do resistance training aka strength training and increase my daily protein intake. It's important that I build muscle so that I don't end up unable to lift a pencil by the end of all this. It'd also honestly be really cool if I could be strong enough to do a pull up.
