A commission for :devanimewatcher: of another obscure anthro character, this time of Jagwar from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, a jaguar demi-god protector of the jungle. This request tickled me because I think I had all of one TMNT comic as a kid... and it was the one introducing Jagwar! The scene was a bit inspired by my memory of him spearing a fish in a river and giving thanks for its sacrifice.

Ooooo now there is a character you see surprisingly little of in the fandom! And good gods, what a stunning job you've done on him. He looks gorgeous - both gentle and fierce at once. Naturally, I also love how nice those feet look. XD Man... how I'd love to paddle up upon someone like that while out in the kayak (uh... as long as I was on his good side, that is).
Right? I hadn't seen/heard/thought of the character until I got the request when I was like, "Wow, I know this reference, and I only just now remembered that!" Apparently his appearance has varied over time, but I stuck with the version I remembered him as :)

Yeah, there were many iterations of TMNT, but I like this take on him best for sure. Digitigrade is more animal-like, but in the case of this character, he has a more human stature, so the plantigrade makes more sense, and is still very attractive. We'd have called this a C2 type paw.
