I am curious about the payment plan, how would it work like what percentage would need to be paid with it?

Normally, the payment plan is divided into 2 or 3 installments. The first payment should be made when the auction ends, ideally covering half of the total cost. The remaining balance should be paid within 1 to 2 weeks. However, I’m open to proposals, as this can be negotiated. If the payment is divided into 3 parts, the client must cover the PayPal fee for the third payment unless they use the 'friends and family' option, in which case no fee is charged to the artist.
