Speaking of dream, did God Old Bucky ever meet 80s Teen Bucky?

(Chuckles) Funny thing about that, he didn’t just meet 80s Teen Bucky, he CREATED/IS HIM.

The whole 80s universe was created accidentally by God Old Bucky dreaming it into reality and is based on his latent subconscious desires to have lived a life similar to a classic 80s style musical romantic comedy movie.

80s Teen Bucky is basically his avatar in this reality, and while at first he doesn’t remember his true elderly God cyborg self, it slowly but surely starts becoming more prominent, as at times he remembers things from his true self that break the illusion/confuse him, and even seeing his own God self in his reflection, causing him to jump back startled and confused.

Call me crazy, but I imagine 80s Teen Bucky starting a cult, after figuring out the truth. Maybe he will dress up as God Old Bucky, for Halloween.

Nah, he’s not like that. Even God Old Bucky himself doesn’t see himself as a God, but everyone else does and hence he’s referred to as such.

I think he’d be scared of facing the truth because he fears if he wakes up, he’ll lose this life, his parents which he has in this reality, and his Jane Doe, but I think ultimately he realizes he cannot live in a fantasy, and relinquishes control, but by tapping into his true potential again, he realizes he can preserve this world, but it would mean that he’d have to let 80s Teen Bucky live it separately from him while he focuses on protecting the multiverse. Committed to his duty, he splits his conciousness from 80s Teen Bucky’s and “wakes up”. Because his conciousness was separated from 80s Teen Bucky, the universe didn’t disappear, and although God Old Bucky thinks he’ll never be part of that world again and accepts it as a necessary sacrifice, it reveals that when he does dream, he can still “see” through 80s Teen Bucky’s eyes and still be a part of his world at times, though not to the extent he was before, and that’s okay with him.

Since the blue star between God Old Bucky's antlers is Jane's consciousness, maybe she can possess her dream counterpart, while her husband is sleeping. If not, at least there's Goddess Old Jane.

I definitely think she was trying to reach him, and help him realize that he was trapped in a dream, she too was able to speak through her 80s teen self, but not as much because it was BUCKY’S dream, not her’s, and while for him, controlling/navigating his own dream was like swimming through a calm, placid lake, for her navigating/gaining any control in his dream was like swimming through a stormy sea against huge tidal waves.

I don’t think I said this before, or maybe I did, but Jane doesn’t technically have a Goddess Old form, she’s an alien by birth and was born from a Techno-organic Tree, and is for all intents and purposes, is one herself, just a “seedling”. Though she wasn’t aware she was capable of it at first, once she gets old enough, she “blooms” into a new Techno-organic Tree, which God Old Bucky faithfully takes care while her consciousness stays with him in the form of his blue star.

I was talking about Jane's counterpart from an alternate universe in wich she and Bucky switch lives.

Oh yeah, where he’s an alien and she’s a normal doe, right?
