My normal fursona is very chill and just wants to be in peace. But when he is transformed he is in charge of disturbing the peace and spreading chaos just for fun (just like Sledgehammer O'possum)
He only transforms when:
His moment of peace and quiet is disturbed
He is insistently woken up from a nap
He has to defend his friends
There is full moon
He also can transform at will when putting on white cartoon gloves.
If you caused any of those things and he has already transformed, well, it's too late because he has the Toon Force and can manipulate the laws of physics at will.

Those were created when Javert transformed without the gloves.
The normal Javert is a big fan of cartoons, so he wanted to buy some white cartoon-like gloves; so when he transformed, he took them off from some character when he got inside the TV (the character got new ones in the next episode :P)
