Prince Celsius was a royal IceWing during Shrapnel’s time. He was, at the time, the only male dragon in direct line of the royal family to Queen Puffin and King Squall. This being said, there were two princesses in line for the throne, Freeze and Isle, so Celsius wasn’t a high concern. Royal and noble as he appeared to the tribe, Celsius had rumors about him that he was a scandalous prince, perhaps up to nefarious deeds.
