Of course, we were let down by a now-former friend who bailed on us at 2 a.m. the night before the event. This completely ruined our preparations and rehearsals. He didn’t fulfill his responsibilities, so we couldn’t execute the party’s storyline as a detective mystery. But despite that, we pulled through, and everyone loved it - especially the adults-only afterparty. In such a critical situation, where the event program fell apart and there were no files on stage - no music, no presentations, nothing - I didn’t panic and managed to perform really well )0))

It turned out great, especially considering our charity auction raised 24,000 rubles. In dollars, that’s around $230, a bit more. That’s a record for us. For such a small event, especially right after the New Year holidays, it’s absolutely incredible. I’m so proud it happened on my birthday, and the volunteers received some solid support from us, the furry community

During the party itself, people came up to me to thank me for such a great event and wished me a happy birthday. It was so heartwarming. And then, out of nowhere, my mom came on stage to congratulate me. Yes, my parents are supportive of my love for the furry fandom, and I even bring them to the events we organize - but only to SFW events. :P
