Rukari is the loyal retainer to a prince, committed to his protection and any service he desires. The two get along rather well, and it all started with the prince taking Rukari from a slave trader. Although it was in a move to try freeing the fox, Rukari did feel indebted to the prince despite being assured it was no big deal. Seeing that Rukari would not be swayed, the prince would instead take him as a close retainer, making sure to treat Rukari to some luxurious living conditions and a more elevated position to serve the prince however directly the two felt best with. The prince eventually gifted the fox with an ear ring as a much more compassionate and intimate gift.
