Remember when I talked about a secret project? Well, for that, Turbulence is going to need his own Rogues Gallery! So here's the first villain that's part of it!
• Name: Tidebreaker
• Species: Mako Shark
• Powers: Control over currents and tides; can create whirlpools to trap foes.
• Personality: Arrogant and competitive, Tidebreaker sees Turbulence as a worthy opponent and thrives on challenging him. He often uses his speed and agility to outmaneuver others.
• Backstory: Once a champion swimmer, he turned to villainy after losing a race against Turbulence, feeling humiliated and seeking revenge.
