It's almost a year later now since their son was born and plans are being made to remodel the office into the foal's room so they are taking some "before" pictures for the album, but the foal gets a little startled at the flash every time and starts clicking his teeth in response. Much to the amusement of his mother but leaving the father a bit puzzled untill she explains to him that it is a primitive response and the foal is merely signaling he's just a foal and not a threat to whatever startled him, in this case the camera flash. It is just one of those instinctive things young Dravers do before they learn to talk which obviously can get confusing to most humans, father included who is still learning new things about Draver and equine body language.

Though their foal seems like an ordinary bipedal pony, internally he has the some of same features as a Draver such as the four stomachs which will allow him to extract the maximum amount of nutrients from food, and denser muscle mass providing greater strength even at this young age, and though he does not have the dual heart and lungs they are slightly larger than a normal pony morph's, because of these features the foal will grow up a bit wider and heavier built allowing room for these extra and larger internal organs, and he's expected to reach the normal height for a Draver of around five feet but this will be uncertain untill then because the mixed species could unexpectedly influence his growth as is sometimes the case with mixed species such mules for example. Regardless of that both parents are overjoyed to have a healthy foal, who might be an only foal for years but they will definitely try for another despite the extremely low chance.
