Always interesting to discover new characters and ones whom might be more obscure but can make for fun tickle targets. I did manage to watch some clips of Kratt's Creatures up on Youtube, so a rather nice discovery thanks to your artwork.
I'm guessing maybe Ttark's being tickled in an effort to get him to reveal exactly what kind of dinosaur he is.
