How about about a sumo match between Toriel and Bowser when he tries to take over the underworld and Toriel to prevent conflict challenges him one v one.

If you don't mind more than one ideas, how about a turning red Kaiju sumo match in which ming lee turns into her giant panda form to fight a giant sumo monster that was sealed in an mystical artifact but released by teenagers that didn't believe the story. Ming Lee initially hesitant to fight but does do so anyway cause after no one answer the sumo giant challenge they threaten to destroy the city and everyone in it. The fight against the giant is difficult and brutal due to the sumo giant fighting dirty (in both senses of the word but ultimately Ming Lee prevails due to her anger and determination.

In the world of pokemon in a sumo wrestling tournament a big Snorlax insults the smaller size sumo wrestler. His insults attract the attention of the small but veteran sumo wrestler Pikachu calls him out on his shoulder behavior and decides to challenge the Snorlax to a match in a month. On the day of the match the small Pikachu bulked up and now outweighs the Snorlax by 100 pounds.

Basically the hydra dragon from penn zero is an ancient dragon know for destructive feats of strength to showoff. Everyone that tried to defeat were brutally crushed sometimes even literally. His reign of terror ended when a group of magical creatures forced the tri head dragon under a powerful sleep spell. And the muscle dragon has been sleeping since ancient times in a deep underground cave system. However the passage of time has since weaken weaken the spells strength and it wouldn't now take much to wake them up. Unfortunately a couple of lost cave divers discover the dragon and through a chain reaction causes the hydra to wake up. And despite sleeping for at least a thousand years the dragon is still strong as ever and has now everyone has to suffer from its might. Just as the hydra dragon begins their rampage the American dragon (Jake) and friends are in the area on a trip/or camping. The dragon hydra then bursting out the small cave entrance like the Kool aid guy. After a short roar begins to flexing their muscles in an incredible show. After initially getting a silent reaction the dragon begins to destroy stuff while flexing, terrifying everyone and gaining the attention of Jake. The American dragon tries to fight the muscular hydra but fails due to their incredible strength and gets steps on. Deciding to regroup with his grandpa and fu seeing if they have any solutions. When Jake finds them they give Jake the abridged version of the dragon hydras story. When Jake asks for a to fight the dragon or at least to make him (Jake) strong enough to fight them. Grandpa and fu mention a particular spell that they bookmarked in a spellbook they were researching. Without letting fu or grandpa explain what the spell does Jake quickly reads it due to how destructive the dragon hydra is causing also happened to follow Jake. Grandpa tries to caution Jake saying to be careful just as Jake finishes saying the spell. Jake begins to grow into the same size as the enemy dragon with incredible muscles to boot. However due to Jake saying the spell too quickly causes his muscles to bloat so much it kind of looks like fat ( https://www.furaffinity.net/view/58173079/ ). The hydra laughs at Jake's predicament, Jake now a head taller and a hundred more pounds than the hydra says "who are you laughing at tiny"! The hydra dragon incensed at the insult begins to flex their muscles ( https://youtu.be/azOvSiWd4sg?si=iIomqVx5x9virogv ) to demonstrate their strength to which Jake returns in kind. The hydra refusing to take defeat engages in a brutal battle/wrestling with Jake. Jake using his experience as the dragon wrestler dragonfire in this fight. The fight ends with Jake body slamming his dragon hydra and sitting on them forcing their defeat.

How about a story where king Ghidorah a galactic conquer her having gain quite a bit of weight due to not finding a good challenger in a good while. On one particular day he comes across earth sends his minions to conquer it. However after short time all of his forces came back none of which completed any of their objectives. Angry and a bit intrigued by the turn of events decides to handle this himself. When he arrives at the location where his forces were defeated, there he meets the incredible muscular "king of monsters" Godzilla in which they engage in destructive battle to find out who's the real king!

Had another idea for the red panda now has to face another giant demon but instead of a sumo match it's a straight up fight and uses her weight (which massively outstrips the demon) to crush the demon who does lands some pretty hard hits.
