Samus Aran (as a robot called a Transformer) is from Nintendo's Metroid, Arcee's from Hasbro's Transformers Prime and this screenshot's taken from Valve's Garry's Mod.

These two robotic ladies challenged each other to see if they can handle swallowing many Energons. However, it looks like Arcee has won by having more than Samus does. It looks like they became rivals for this certain kind of a challenge.
