The names we have gone with so far are translations of that name from other languages. Like bauson is the french name for badger.

This is beautiful. I really, REALLY love it when people draw airships. It appeals to that "Oh cool I want to fly on those! Why aren't they reaaallll ;_;" kid side of me.

Just curious, but have you seen Laputa: Castle in the Sky? That's like the king of airship movies in my opinion (or rather air CONTINENT).

The whole comic is a colab with another writer for his setting. I want to have as much cameo action from friends who are interested in being in the comic as i can once its established >w<

now i remember you asking for creitque at the begining of the story so i will throw my two cents in as a fellow comic artist.

i am very impressed with ur paneling and the art but the story doesn't seem to pop out at me yet, i find that if u have a catchy intro fans keep up and want to know more, right now u seem to be lossly tossing out bits of information and its confusing me. Im not saying thats bad, and im sure within the next 10 pages everything will be clear, just something to think about in the future <3

*nods* I imagine that will be a problem until i get used to making page layouts. If you have any good advice for any particular page, or some general tips on pacing and construction i will be SO grateful.

maybe have a hint of what that guy was suppose to go after in the beginning be a prologue page, or maybe make a prologue page of a wanted poster with the ppl on the ship? something that will help add suspense and hint at what the comic will be about. i did that with TTWG with the March Hare rambleing off a proficy that had to do with the entire comic
