This wasint easy to do for some reason... But I'm proud of it. I didint use any other artist's work as refferance this time, witch is big for me.
For anyone who notices or cares: I changed Paper's fur color around. I think this works better! I feel iffy about the patch on his eye though...
This is Paper being held by an individual with "holy" hands. And being fitted with a bran-new collar from this person. Paper has been bought, and shreds tears of joy because of it.

I wasint sure if I wanted to add the tears in, I thought it would look too sad, but I wanted it to seem VERY happy, and tears seemed to be the right way to go. :]
