A Patreon reward. As the Princess of Friendship one of Twilight Sparkle duties is to act as greeting ambassador for visiting diplomats and beings from nations beyond Equestria's borders that are visiting on cultural exchanges.
So at semi-formal gathering at Twilight's castle the newly minted princess overcomes her ophidiophobia to greet Luna's friend Shivaree the naga Link. For the evening Luna decided to wear the outfit she recently acquired Link.
Also we should take a moment to acknowledge the selfless sacrifice that Twilight's sofa made that evening. Although in the morning it was out by the curb with a FREE! sign taped to it.

Hmm, damn! Regardless that Twilight probably must be screaming internally from her ophidiophobia, this is a very cute, charming, enticing, interesting, hot, wholesome and funny scene either way; plus, I must say that Shivaree looks (very) cute, sexy, lovely and exotic in this scene as well. XD
