Two sides of the same coin..
maionios commissioned me to draw his character as both a male and female version of themself. I'm really pleased with how this came out, especially as I did the whole thing digitally. Normally I can't ink in photoshop for shit but I finally got round to hooking up my Cintiq (mrrr) to my main computer, which suddenly made the process much nicer. Except now my old Intuos has thrown a wobbly and doesn't want to play anymore. Maybe it's jealous or something.

Thanks ^^ I worried a bit at first I might get the female version wrong (paranoid she might end up looking like the male version in drag, especially given they're both quite hard bodied) but thankfully once I actually got down to sketching it didn't go that way :) Heh, I guess it's not a finished picture by me unless I've had at least one crisis of confidence somewhere along the way.
Maybe. I'm not so well up on the technical ins and outs. I think interacting with the drawing directly through the screen is a huge help. Plus the 'feel' of drawing on the Cintiq seems closer to real drawing (might be the texture of the screen?) than on my Intuos3...
