Sapce...the final frontier! These are the tales of Captain Faye Doolan! Born in the EU area of Old Terra, Faye joined the Scientific Center Exploration of New Environments (SCENE) a privately-funded organization dedicated to the establishment of Terran/Sapient colonies. With five years in the military, Faye brought her combat expertise and planet-fall training to the fore. She signed onto a ship embarking towards the system Trappist-1 using the latest Hawkins Drive which would only take 4 years. The colony ship included a medical transmodder, 3-D assembler, and quantum refiner.

Clearly, serious money had been put into this mission!

Unfortunately, disaster struck halfway through. Micro-meteors contaminated with reverse-tachyons took out half the hiberation pods It was only sheer luck that they lost only a fraction of their crew...who now had no way to protect themselves from the rigors of long-term space travel. Something had to be done!

Then it was pointed out that the medical transmodder still worked fine and as long as the crew were willing to 'double' or 'triple up' as needed well then everything would be fine. More or less.

Faye hadn't been expecting to be required to undergo a emergency conjoinment. She wasn't adverse to doing it, especially since it may not need to be permanent. How bad of an experience could it be?
