Piper enlisted Rudy with some help blowing up some blimps for a job. She was a bit short on both workers and air tanks. The balloon raccoon engineer came highly recommended from his strong lung power. Unfortunately that power has his limits while blowing up a really big one he ran out of breath and had all of the hot air he was blowing into it blow back into him. Fortunately Piper was nearby to provide an anchor. Now they just need to get that air back to where it belongs.
