Kran - OC Reference
Ayye! Another dragon character that's in the silly li'l dragon RP!
Kran was originally going to be an unnamed NPC, then she was named but she was going to be killed off anyways, and theeen me and my friends decided we liked her too much... so I kept her lol!
And this is why you never name your OCs, you'll get too attached and end up hoarding them! (/joke)
I believed I've mentioned the dragon PMV I'm working on, yeah? At any rate, I've been making reference sheets for all the cast members. Though I don't think I'll post them all (most of them are more concept art with no watermarks), but I put extra effort into this Kran ref so I've elected to share her!
Little factoids about Kran:
- She was a scout for the Light Kingdom's military. During a mission looking into the whereabouts of Dusk, Kran was sent to chase after a dragon through the thick fog (this was actually an image conjured by Moonbeam's illusory fog, not a real dragon at all). During the chase, she fell into a ravine, breaking multiple limbs and going unconscious in the process. When the rest of the squadron left, they did not retrieve Kran. She nearly died but was discovered by Jacko, Nemo, and Caterpillar found her while on patrol and brought her back to Dusk HQ. She was resuscitated and swore her loyalty to Dusk and it's cause.
- At one point in her past, she laid an egg and was excitedly expecting motherhood. But she was forced to relinquish her egg so it could be crushed. Light Soldiers can't just forfeit their duties for personal whims.
- Her tail was scarred during battle. She faced off against Pain and narrowly escaped him.
