Not often you see me in this situation, but Suikasel is definitely mad.
Story
Sometime after Suikasels failed to raid on Pangoro, but gained a new ally. After more enhancements, Pampaku was finally ready for a new run.
Finding this fun, he decided to Pampaku and capture the other Tailed Beasts and have then undergo the same method, he also wanted to test out Pampakus new eyesights, his new endless reserve of chakra, and how many can be stored within Pampakus body.
After embedding a Black Receiver rod into Pampakus, he soon ended up in a hypnotic trance. Suikasel soon produced a Chakra to use as a leash so that Pampaku couldn't flee or resist
After finding Matatabi sleeping in a wooded area, he sicked Pampaku on her.
Despite Matatabi’ attempts or her jutsu, she ended up dazed while Pampaku looks like he hasn't burned a single chakra point.
Matatabi attempted to flee, but Suikasel ordeted Pampaku to summon a phantom chain of his own which wrapped around Matatabis neck like a collar. She tried every possible attempt to break it, but saw as she approached Pampaku’s maw. Not wanting to be absorbed, she tried a Flame jutsu, but the chain rendered it useless and was soon consumed and absorbed.
Suikasel saw as Pampaku got bigger and saw a cartoonish face appear on Pampakus belly. Wanting to try a new thing he calls Pamp Ninjitsu, which Pampaku used to see that the face disappeared, but ended up as a diaper around Pampaku’s waist.
Finding this fun and it being one step to Multiverse conquest, he decided to go seek the other seven. The Otsutsuki did see that despite the trance, he still has some sense which he gonna have to look into when he finds the others.

Don't expect to see me in this state, but decided to bring some of my stories to life given I stopped writing. This is the origin of the Pamp Beasts. I was always Suikasels favorite while he let others try the other Pamp Beasts. Also those rods were always painful and this collar sucks.
Like the others, Matatabi was taken to the lab to end up a Pamp Golem like me
