He look handsome and sophisticated, a noble no doubt but maybe not the high noblesse.
More average or the top of the low noblesse rank.
His design make me think he have his own plans and goals then if helping you can help his scheme, he will bring his help. However if your plans goes against him, he will do his best to avoid you to interfere but not openly. He look more like the kind to use plot and act in the shadow to do so.
Seeing him, he give the feeling he is bored easily and to get entertained, he like to take bets on people with other nobles.

I am kinda curious about the game and the other characters too. =)
