Can't quite tell if that's a Tengu/Aarakocra or a Gryphon on the right there, but either way, fantastic-looking piece! The lightning is quite nice, and I was about to critique the windows being a different width when I noticed the start of a third one, so it's easy to say the right one that's cut out matches the left one, lol.
