Young Zero Two (Wings) Design Reference Sheet
Mine official ref sheet of mineself for mine fateful 18th birthday! Spared mineself from an otherwise blank design on mine body XD
Believe it or not, I came into being years before the evil Zero did, and had no real idea what to base mine existence on until Zero came into the picture and mine craft evolved to an acceptable quality. But now, this is how much of mine design I developed already, and I forsooth await the time I may begin commissioning art of me and mine characters as they become more fleshed out over time! I do bear quite the tale to tell.
And speaking of tales, here be the backstory for me this time now! Pardon if it seems ambiguous at first; as I am currently going through the plot (and I have yet to develop the third part of mine story of how I encountered mine first kingdom, met Madison, got mine wings, and then met mine second kingdom I reside in for the rest of the story). Like with Zero's, mine tale be inspired by (online-based) true events! Enjoy ;}
The Star
A black void was all he saw; a vast, frigid space of nothingness devoid of any feeling nor presence nor sound. Was there even anything that could be seen? Was he even able to see? It was like a Limbo, a plane where nothing existed and nothing was coming, and all was naught but darkness. But then, a faint glimmer appeared, a speck of light that emerged as if only it existed just now. Another appeared, and another again, one by one filling the empty space that was the darkness, as if they were heralding a visage that had yet to be. Suddenly, a bright light spread outwards, and the specks of light began to rush and stretch outwards, seeming to zoom past the visible area. There was a constant, intense sound that reverberated with action. As the light grew further intense, vivid visions flashed briefly after another, unrecognizable and indecipherable images that seemed to urge recognition with liveliness and pathos. Its urgency was amplified as a faint voice called out with each appearing vision betwixt the growing light: "-e..o... -e..o... -e..o..." Suddenly, all grew still, and a vision held enough focus to reveal the identity of the voice. It was a girl, holding his hands... Hands? She spoke with a clear, endearing tone, and for a moment it seemed almost clear who exactly she was: "-arewell... Zero Two..."
Anew
On the grass, the being lying sprawled upon it stirred awake, his eyes meeting the clouds and sky. He sat up in a startled manner, recoiling from the scene that played out in his eyes before coming to. He saw the surrounding environment, a vast expanse of nature where trees and greenery brimmed with life, and mountains and patterns of land both distant and close, meeting with the scenery. What was this place? That last scene reverberated strongly in his mind. Zero Two? It was the sole knowledge he carried, imparted with him from that odd vision. Could it be his name? Who was that girl? His visage moved below to his front, finding his legs stretched outwards, and then the rest of his unfamiliar body which he investigated. He found a nearby lake of still water and walked in trepidation to look at his reflection. There he was. A young, furry, white wolf. It was him. Zero Two. Upon more inspection, he saw a small symbol colored on his fur just below his neck, a simple image of an eye of red sclera and a white iris all outlined in black. What could it possibly represent? Alone in the area Zero Two stood, bearing an unknown origin, surrounded by a world that is just as foreign to him as his own being, a significant world of magic, drauma, happiness, strife... life.
