Although she may be unsightly to some, she is very gentle and kind.
She was exposed to some sort of cancerous super-mutation that caused her to bloat into a mass of limbs, soft fatty flesh, & bulbous squishy tumors. Her skin a mixture of tones, putrid greys, & fleshy reds. Her mutation was very rapid, causing her to get stuck deep within an alleyway which she was walking through, an abandoned TV fusing into her growing mass, and somehow being powered by her too.
She spends her time sitting by her lonesome, waiting for someone to stumble upon her, tend to her, and keep her company.
