Now it's time for another episode of "The Traveling Buddies" :
After the dance at the town square: Night dance (colored) by thekinggamelon -- Fur Affinity [dot] net , Link and Zelda go for a little stroll at the forest, enjoying the lovely sight of the flora covered in a big soft white mantle called snow, with no other sound than their feet touching the snowy ground.
Zelda: Isn't this a very peaceful night, Link?
Link: It sure is, darling, it sure is.
As they keep walking, suddenly, Zelda spots a dragon standing in front of a tree.
Zelda: Hey, isn't that...?
Link: Why yes it is, it's...what was his name again?
Zelda: Rail Felflame?
Link: Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, Rail Felflame. I wonder what he's doing?
Zelda: Maybe looking his way back home?
Link: I guess, let's take a peek.
With their ears ready to focus only on him, this is what Rail's saying:
Rail: Ok, let's see...*Gets out a map he had in his pocket*...according to this map, I left a portal mark riiiight...*Points at the tree right in front of him* here! Now, hoping no one sees me...
He then darts at both directions to see if anyone's seeing him, as Link and Zelda staying as quiet as possible to be spotted.
Rail: No one? Perfect, all right, here I go!
Using both hands, he extends his index and little fingers while holding the middle and ring fingers down with the thumb, and after making his wrists face in different ways, he says:
Rail: Portal.
Then, a portal he creates and moves his hands away to enlarge it, the enough size for him to get in, that said portal reveals to be a path to some unsual cave.
Rail: Excellent, this is the place where my client's waiting, well, tarry no longer, off I go!
After entering into the portal he created, Link and Zelda watch, completely amazed.
Link: Wow! Did you saw that?
Zelda: Yeah, he create a portal that leads to another place.
Link: I wonder...
Zelda: Hmm?
Link: What if that part of the cave I'm looking at, is where Wolf's den lies?
Zelda: What if it does? Does that mean Wolf's the client Rail reffered to? Want to go and check?
Link then gets shocked upon hearing Zelda's unexpected suggestion of that kind.
Link: Wait, really? You want me to go inside and see it for myself?
Zelda: Well, you want to know if Fox' ok, so, there's no point in telling you to stop. But if you're going, I'm going to, won't let you go alone this time!
Link: Well, I sure want to see, but it's just that, after that, we're going back to the forest, and no one must know about this, sound good to you?
Zelda: Yeah, fair enough, let's go.
And so, the two goes into the portal, hoping it doesn't close it.
Link: Ladies first!
Zelda: Thanks!
Link: All right...*Sigh*...off we go.
With the two following Rail into the strange cave, can this be the oportunity to see Fox after so long? Can they leave afterwards before putting themselves into danger? To be continued...
