Bio:
-was taken from restoration HQ after final battle of Sonic Forces
-was given enhancements to his robotic hands and legs
-was given enhancements for higher agility, speed and stealth
-able to create shadow clones that can assist in combat and other tasks
-loves relaxing with his ragtag siblings, especially ragtag Whisper
-is an expert in infiltration, espionage, heisting and spying

Story:
One night Crownreef, Whisper is trying to stop some pokes in the city that the royal guards were having a hard time stopping, so getting to the rooftops, she gets into position with her hover mode and starts sniping down on the ne’er do well pokes to try to stop them and hold them back until more guards arrive. Suddenly a psychic type teleports behind her and try’s to attack her. Before she can react, a grappling hook was fired and hooked onto something beside them as someone flys in and kicked the psychic type off the roof. Then he grappled around before doing a grapple attack onto one of pokes as Whisper sees him single-handedly deal with them with his grapple attacks and wispon as well his enhanced strength and speed thanks to his cybernetic hands and legs. Once it was over, Whisper sees though her scope and recognizes his face as Arsène, who normally goes by Phantom, as she remembers him from the lab and what little memories she still has of their world. She jumped down to meet him talk to him to which he recognizes her as well, as the two gave each other beeg poofy hugs after reuniting. After handing over the trouble making pokes to Jako, they walked home together with Arsène explaining how he ended up in CrownReef after escaping the lab, taking down any bad guys who dare disrupt the peace, with Whisper explaining her current situation with the other ragtags, all together as one beeg poofy family with Arsène excited to meet up with the others.
