Big Sangheili foot indeed! I like it, because it's simple and rather to the point of a couple things I'm all about. It is indeed Arbiter! It's just something random I found off an internet search some time ago and cropped. I can't even remember what it was, if it was some model someone created, or what, but I just cropped the foot.
