The adult Pokemon, female Snivy and males Tepig, Pikachu and Oshawott, are from Nintendo's PokePark, Lordaeron's from Blizzard's Warcraft and this screenshot's taken from Valve's Garry's Mod.

Even though these heroes haven't evolved or changed size, they had grown up throughout time. Afterwards, Snivy has been given a crown as the new queen of Arbor Area by her mother, Serperior, for her worthy and dutiful actions. She then celebrated by feasting on lots of fruits that cause her belly to grow huge and fat. Her friends, Pikachu and Tepig, bows to her as a congratulations on becoming her area's ruler. Oshawott, meanwhile, doesn't look impressed and thinks she may have gone too far. Snivy seems kinda nervous about being a queen with her regal-sized snakey stomach, but nevertheless, she would promise to prove worthy for her Pokemon citizens, even though it may not be easy doing so.
