Chef Grizz's Kitchen presents, Strawberry Banana Sorbet
Hey everyone, this right here is a tasty treat that you can quickly whip up in a jiffy. It's soft, it's fluffy, and it's 100% dairy free!
3 large or 4 medium-sized bananas, frozen
9-12 frozen strawberries
1 can (17.5 fluid ounces) coconut water
3-4 tablespoons sugar
Step One: Freeze your bananas overnight, to get them ready for the Sorbet. Bananas with a slight hint of browning on their peels will be best for this recipe, all due to their natural sweetness.
Step Two: Take out your frozen fruit out of the freezer, and toss your frozen strawberries into your blender first. Cut up your bananas, removing the peels, and toss them in as well.
Step Three: Add your coconut water to your frozen fruit mix.
Step Four: Add your sugar, and blend your ingredients until well blended.
Step Five: Distribute your Sorbet into four equal portions, and enjoy. 🍨😋
Prep times may vary, but it takes less than 30 minutes from start to finish. This delightfully fluffy treat serves up to four.
