Hmmm, out of all the potions you would have in your arsenal, blueberry inflation and balloon ball potions would be the ones I would use privately and somewhat on a daily basis.
Just the feeling of being a good size spherical creature would definitely help me feel more tired and relaxed, than trying to take 20 milligrams of melatonin any day of the year.
