The 2nd of my wastelanders, this is Kael, my first snake OC I think, a rattlesnake specifically and would be part of the faction known as the Scorch Riders. Based on a War Boy in clothing design, he is what is known as a Blackhand, or basically the wasteland equivalent to a mechanic or engineer I guess, at least for my version of the universe but just cuz he is a tinkerer doesn't mean he doesn't know how to throw hands if he has to.
And yes them smelly old work boots and paws would sure reek standing on hot V8s all day xP.
