While off on lunch break, the local Jay population decided to take an interest in me and my camera. After a few generous poses by these social birds, they were indeed rewarded with a sun chip buffet.

A few years back, I actually rescued a baby blue jay from my damn cat, and raised it to adulthood. Little guy used to hang around the back porch all the time after I let him go. ;)
