Here's another frog character, an orange frog who saves the universe with her rave party lights as weapons and is barely dressed for the occasion. It could be from her culture where the frogs show off so much of their skin. Maybe she could be the sister of the criminal Ribblez, hence the differences in attire between the two with the former embracing her lifestyle while the latter abandoned it for a more Earthy criminal look.
