It's been a while since I released it on Twitter, but it's my anthro icebreaker OC Lævateinn.
He seems to be more than 300cm tall.
Is there a word that refers to the anthro form of a ship, just as the anthro form of an aircraft is called Aeromorph?

A ship drinking a stein full of heavy oil is such a cool idea!
Personally I've seen terminology such as 'shipmorph' and 'living ship' which can work here.
I see someone else mention 'hydromorph'. I have not seen this before but it makes total sense. It is an all encompassing term to also include small boats, yachts and submarines. And is consistent with the term aeromorph (aero = air, hydro = water). It's the perfect generalised word.
